Description
Appearance:
- Slender, streamlined body, reaching up to 1.5 inches in length
- Black body with a bright neon blue stripe extending from the gill plate to the base of the caudal fin
- Transparent fins with a light red tinge
- Forked caudal fin
- Small, pointed mouth
Behavior:
- Peaceful and schooling: Prefer to be kept in groups of at least 6-10 individuals.
- Active swimmers: Enjoy exploring the mid-water and upper levels of the aquarium.
- Relatively undemanding: Adaptable to a range of water parameters.
